- Payment information: Transaction records (we do not store card/UPI credentials)
- Referring physician details: Doctor's name and contact, when provided
- Website usage data: Pages visited, browser type, approximate location (for analytics only)

- Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments
- Performing and reporting on diagnostic tests you request
- Communicating test results to you and/or your referring physician
- Processing payments and maintaining billing records
- Sending appointment reminders via SMS or WhatsApp

We will never use your data for unsolicited marketing from third parties, nor sell your information to any external party.
03Medical Data & Confidentiality
All medical information — including imaging results, lab reports, and health history — is treated as strictly confidential. Access to your medical records is limited to:
- Radiologists and pathologists directly involved in your care
- Your referring physician (only if you have explicitly authorised sharing)
- Administrative staff with a legitimate need for billing or scheduling

While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you not to share your patient ID or report access credentials with others.

Our website uses minimal, non-intrusive technologies:
- Essential cookies: Required for the website to function (form submissions, page navigation)
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised data to understand how visitors use the site — no personal data is collected
